Lambrettista Malaysia made history with its first official group ride, marking a memorable beginning to what promises to be a long tradition of scooter camaraderie. The destination: the scenic and charming Pineyard Café in Janda Baik.
The day began early with members gathering at BHP Karak, where anticipation filled the air. Riders prepared their beloved Lambrettas, decorated them with banners, and mingled as the morning sun climbed higher. With spirits high, the group posed for photos, capturing the proud start of this new chapter. A quick safety briefing followed, and engines soon roared to life.
As the convoy made its way toward Janda Baik, the team captured photos and videos along the route, showcasing not just the vibrant scooters but the unity of the community. A quick stop at RNR Genting Sempah gave everyone a chance to regroup, ensuring no rider was left behind.
Arriving at the serene Pineyard Café, the group parked their bikes and took more photos amidst the lush greenery and tranquil ambiance. Inside, riders bonded over plates of eggs benedict, steaming cups of coffee, and tea. Laughter, ride stories, and ideas for future events filled the café. It was a gathering not just of scooters, but of people who shared a passion for classic design and open roads.
Before wrapping up, short interviews were conducted in the parking area, giving participants a chance to share their thoughts about the ride and what Lambrettista Malaysia meant to them. As the event formally ended, some riders chose to part ways, while others decided to extend the day with a ride up to Genting Highlands.
The skies turned grey as the group ascended, with light rain adding a touch of drama to the ride. A stop at Petron offered shelter, more conversation, and laughs before everyone went their separate ways, concluding a day filled with great vibes, smooth roads, and shared passion. This first ride was more than just a journey. It was a celebration of community, nostalgia, and adventure. Here’s to many more rides ahead for Lambrettista Malaysia.
